ABOUT Dorothy Erlanger

Dorothy has always been at the forefront of business innovation. She left behind a highly successful corporate career in 1984 to form her own consulting firm, which she built to over $1MM in revenue. She then relaunched as Erlanger Inc., bringing her expertise to major multinationals in over 25 countries, leveraging her fluency in Spanish and Portuguese and her ability to tailor training to diverse, multicultural audiences.

Dorothy's resilience is demonstrated not just in her professional life but also in personal triumphs. After defeating ovarian cancer at age 50, she reinvented herself as a triathlete, participating in five World Championship Triathlons and becoming an Ironman® triathlete. And she’s still at it - she’ll be competing in the USA Triathlon National Championships this September.

Today, Dorothy focuses on empowering coaches, trainers and facilitators to excel in the virtual space. Through her ZoomEaz™ program and other initiatives, she teaches professionals to elevate their virtual meeting skills, ensuring they can manage and produce impactful virtual events seamlessly. 

For larger meetings, her team provides production, handling security, flow, and interactions. This allows clients to focus completely on their presentations and audience engagement.

Terry is the former Chief Enterprise Blogger for Skype, former Editor-in-Chief for AT&T’s Networking Exchange blog, and former Chief Retail Advisor for ACE Hardware. 

A master at his craft, Terry earned the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association and was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame.

He was inducted into the Virtual Speakers Hall of Fame and he was recognized as a Legend by the Veteran Speakers Association.

Terry is also a Cavett Award recipient, recognized as the National Speakers Association’s “most cherished”  award (only one per year).
